Have you ever had a feeling about something that you couldn't quite explain?
A quiet sense that something felt right… or perhaps a feeling that something wasn't.
Maybe you've ignored a gut feeling and later wished you'd listened. Or perhaps recently you've found yourself feeling uncertain, struggling to know which direction to take or feeling disconnected from yourself.
Many people think intuition is something mysterious or reserved for highly spiritual people.
But intuition is something we all have.
It's one of the ways we connect with ourselves and experience guidance in everyday life.
People often assume intuition shows up as a strong sense of knowing - and for some people it does.
But intuition can be much broader than that.
For some, it may feel like a sensation in the body.
A feeling you can't quite explain.
A heaviness or lightness around a decision.
Others may notice thoughts arriving unexpectedly, become more aware of sounds around them, notice repeated words or signs, or suddenly find themselves paying attention to something they would normally miss.
Some people see images in their mind.
Others simply feel things.
There is no right or wrong way to experience intuition.
Everyone experiences and connects with it differently
The important thing isn't comparing your experience to somebody else's.
It's becoming curious and learning how you naturally receive guidance.
Often intuition isn't dramatic.
It's subtle.
A quiet nudge.
A feeling.
A shift.
Something asking us to pay attention.
And perhaps many of us are experiencing it more often than we realise.
This is something we'll be exploring more deeply through future development workshops and circles, creating space to better understand intuition and strengthen your own connection with it.
